Policies and Product Care

TBG Policies:

Lettermail Shipping is at your OWN risk. Items lost during lettermail shipping will not be refunded or replaced. If you are concerned about shipping times or loosing your order, please use tracked shipping. 

Online, in stock orders can be cancelled, however a 10% restocking fee will apply. 

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to be put in our books. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. 

Fit is not guaranteed. Please refer to our size guides and contact us with any questions. Items will not be refunded/replaced if they arrive and do not fit.

Any orders to the US will most likely have duties charged upon arrival. These duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

All items are FINAL SALE. 

TBG Product Care:

All TBG products can be washed in the washing machine. Avoid hot water and harsh soaps/bleaches.

DO NOT tumble dry. 

DO NOT put in the dryer. 

Hang to dry ONLY. 

Putting your TBG products in the dryer can cause damage to the fabric and hardware on our products, and can be a risk for shrinkage.
